Breakfast room bit small for the amount of guests.I would have preferred more staff support and a little less self help, eg laundry delivered to the room, but recognize that this the business model. Still 200 euros is not cheap, but the hotel is modern and the rooms are well appointed, and I suppose that is the scale in Berlin. small towels. Seemed the staff had difficulty keeping up with the number of guest going for breakfast around 10.00 and service was lacking as a result. However at 7.00 the service was excellent. too little staff and tables for all the people who wanted to have breakfast. its not very nice to wait in line for a table to have breakfast....and there was one guy who had to manage all the tables...he was going crazy and all the people were complaining...Wi-Fi is not available ??? in 21 century. Very young personal, not too serviceminded. Expensive Internet.some rooms have only window that are facing the interior/lobby of the hotel and this can be very unconfortable.
