the location, very quiet, very clean. Easy access to all major sites. I stayed in the pension which was morethan sufficient. Clean shared bathroom and friendly staff. Even though apension it had 24 satellite tv stations.Reliable internet connection, helpful staff, decent plentiful breakfast, free coffee, close to a range of reasonable restaurants, close to U Bahn. Pretty good locality. Close to transport. Quiet.change of poor room to a good one without fuss. Convenient location, free from external noise - quiet patio.Very minor: The hot water in the shower fluctuated constantly between just a few degrees, making it difficult to get just the right temperature.The water pressure was also a little weak. Other than that: no complaints!. my first room in the basement without comfort. Beware if you are booking room *in pansion*, which is also associatedwith hotel (they usually have it with shared bathroom and rooms arecheaper): this is not in the main hotel building but in the patio - andthe internal soundisolation of those rooms is just nothing - you'll hearevery sound of all your neghbours as well as front door slamming, sobetter check beforehand, *where you get the room.
