The Staff was extremely helpful, and assisted in arranging transportation and provided much great information about Berlin. Their help really allowed us to maximize our limited time there. The hotel is just a 12-15 minute walk from the O2 center, which was our reason for being there - a super +.

Absolutely everything.
The staff were fantastic....when we arrived we found that there was a mix up with our reservation. We had been allocated a 2 person room instead of a 4 person apartment. It was quickly sorted out with some swaps.
The apartment was fantastic, the WiFi was very solid and the location perfect.
The apartment was very warm and comfortable, and spacious - perfect for a family of three. The location was excellent too - just a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof (there is a direct bus too, but we preferred to walk). I would gladly stay there again.
