Hotel great for our needs which was a quick stop off from coming in from Schonfield Airport. We needed a hotel which had a late check in as our flight was due in at 10pm. The Hotel Manager was very helpful and helped us with understanding the public transport system. Everything was fine. Very clean.very convenient for travellimg into the centre of Berlin. near to Conference hotell ,, calm and clean. all reviews »
Convenient, cheap and easy. The hotel is a little way from the centre of Berlin but the tube was only a short walk away and they sell travel passes at the hotel reception. The passes also have discounts with certain museums and attractions in Berlin so well worth purchasing.far from downtown and shoping area , expensive for services provided. Inconvenient location and the room stank.The area and dirty glasses weren't cleaned or replaced once during our trip. Expensive breakfasts but that's Ibis prices I guess.

National and international Restaurants are closed by the hotel. Berlin`s biggest Shoppingcentre "Gropiuspassagen" is reachable by subway in only 4 stations. Swimmingbath/ Sauna and Squash are reachable in a few minutes.
The subway- station “Grenzallee” (Line 7) is closed by , only a few minutes by foot. From there the city centre, instance the “Kurfürstendamm”, the “Potsdamer Platz” or the “Brandenburger Tor” are reachable comfortable and quickly. The airport Berlin- Schönefeld (SXF) is distanced only 11 km. .
Travelling information
Arriving from Tegel Airport:
- Take bus X9 or 109 to the Jacob-Kaiser-Platz underground station
- From there, take the U7 towards Rudow, and get out at Grenzallee underground station
- Get out in the direction of travel, and cross the road at the traffic lights
- At the next junction, turn right into Jahnstraße
- The hotel is on the left-hand side of the road
Arriving from Schönefeld Airport:
- Take the 171 bus as far as the stop Grenzallee/Jahnstraße
- Cross the road and walk in the opposite direction of travel, until you reach the next junction
- Enter Jahnstraße, and you will find the hotel on the left-hand side
Arriving from Zoologischer Garten railway station:
- Take the underground line U9 in the direction of Rathaus Steglitz, and get out at Berliner Straße station
- Change to the U7 in the direction of Rudow and get out at Grenzallee station
- Get out in the direction of travel, and cross the road at the traffic lights
- At the next junction, turn right into Jahnstraße
- The hotel is on the left-hand side of the road
Arriving from Ostbahnhof railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (any line except S9) to Ostkreuz
- Take the Ringbahn (via Neukölln) and travel to Neukölln station
- Take the underground line U7 for one station in the direction of Rudow
- At Grenzallee underground station, get out in the direction of travel, and cross the road at the traffic lights
- At the next junction, turn right into Jahnstraße
- The hotel is on the left-hand side of the road
