Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. I truly recommend that hotel!. I love the fact that for a small hotel they provided the simple amenities such as a magnification mirror. The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions . The rooms were clean and the hotel was not noisy even though our windows faced a main street.

This is my second stay and hope for a third visit. The location is perfect. You can reach a lot of places of interest just simply walking to them. Check point Charlie is just 5 minutes. There is the best chocolate shop / café in the same building. The administration of the hotel was very kind and arranged for the room with perfect view. The hotel was ideally situated for the main sites. It was a short walk to the Brandenberg Gate and Reichstag and was just opposite the Gendarmarkt, a very charming square. The famous Fassbender and Rausch chocolate shop was just next door. Fantastic location in probably the nicest and most upmarket piazza in Berlin. Friendly and very helpful staff contributed to my experience. The Hotel is very good value for money. Perfect location, next to a beautiful square, close to a tube station, surrounded by excellent shops, bars and restaurants and next door to the world's biggest chocolate shop!. location is great for us as we re showing at BBB & many of our colleagues are staying within the same area. This enables us to meet with them outside the trade show times. Very helpful staff, 24 hours reception with bar, secure luggage store, small plates on breakfast buffet getting replaced very fast with new fresh food, will recommend. Very nicely decorated room. Hotel is not air conditioned so could be an issue in summer, but heating is great for a cold May. Breakfast was excellent but costs €15 extra per person. If you want to eat in the lounge on the 7th floor, it costs €23! That would have been fun so do it if you are celebrating something!. Wifi only for 24 hours so had together a new code each day. color choices in the room, mine 402, made it dark. Could add depression to jet lagged. I would lighten the color scheme. Also, the downstairs bar seemed out of place. I was not sure what kind of message it was conveying. hip? Does not seem like a good idea. I would make it more inviting. the view of our room, a wall, obviously. Nothing. nothing. not relevant. That the breakfast is not included. lack of toiletries in bathroom. Internet doesn't work. Small, very basic room (not designer one like advertised). Overpriced breakfast. Most of the trays on breakfast buffet were empty which were filled up ONLY on reguest. (That took like 20min). No parking.
