Location, friendly staff and price. Actually it is not a Hotel, but a house - and that makes it verynice and cosy. I felt like home, especially having the breakfast inthe kitchen.very close to the Main station, quiet, good breakfast, nice staff, clean and simple. with elevator. I liked the staff and the cleanlineless of my room and bathroom. Everything was great, considering the price!. all reviews »
very good beds. I liked the room where I stayed - big room for low price. The rooms were tidy. it had tv and fridge.Friendly staff and manager. Friendly owner.value for money. big nice rooms. close to metro.Nice staff (however with no English). Price!!!. Very easy access, very calm neighborhood; although the staff didn't actually speak english, they were very helpful in whatever way they could; the rooms are very simple, but if you just need a nice comfortable bed and a good shower, this hotel should do it. It was a quiet neighborhood, the price, bathroom was functional, easy access to Ubahn, tram and bus. It was clean, cheap and the stuff was nice. Cleaness service everyday. This is an absolute essentials only hotel. The bed is clean, the room secure, the bathroom (which is shared with the adjacent room) is clean and warm. The reception staff are friendly. This place is basic but perfect for budget travelling. It is 10 minutes walk to the train station and then a 2 euro ticket takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes. available parking, location near center. Hotel is OK and its clean, but have a common bath for 2 rooms. Cover my expectations regarding the price I paid. 5 minutes walk from public transport. The room were heated very well.It was cheap for a large group. The room was spacious, with a cupboard.Easy to check-in and easy to check-out. Nothing really, there was a bed.Price. the price is good.An extra sheet that I could use as a towel. Absoltely nothing. Did not match information on wem. Very disapointed.nothing. it was a very unpleasant experience. no internet,. Bad neighborhood around the building... noisy neighbours. far from the center. The hotel should provide toweling. Also, English or Spanish knowledge would help communication.the bathroom (which was shared between two rooms) could be cleaned more often; the blinds should cover the whole window, otherwise one might wake up too early with the sun light. Everything could be cleaner--light switches, floor, etc-- just because it's a cheap hotel doesn't mean it should not be "spick and span"! Sharing a bathroom can suck when both rooms want to use the bathroom before checkout or going out at night...They don't seem to provide a place to leave the key if you want to check out outside of their reception hours. noise, room security (lockers and keys), cleanliness. to clean guest room, when guests are staying longer than 1 night!. It is not looking like a hotel, but more like a boys hostel. Do not prefer if you are going with your family. But for bacelaors it is worth. A bit far from the main center but manageble.5 beds in a room but there was not information in letsbookhotel.com about possibility of stay 5 in just one room. location seemed a little dubious, did not feel safe walking around by myself in the evening. Far from the center. Staff do not speak anything but german. No Cleaning on a daily basis. No towels. Bins were not emptied.Floors not clean.Non English speaking staff. The shared bathrooms toilet leaked constantly so floor always wet. Shabby curtains that didnt block sun in morning. Towels. You couldn't lock the door. They didn't clean the shared bathroom, or hotel room. The reception was pretty poor, there were night porters so if you were later than 11pm to check in then you would without a room for the night. It was quite hard to find in the dark also down an unlight passage way. To clean the bathroom more often.my room was double, but the staff didn't gave us a second key. I was 9 days in this hotel and during that period it was not cleaned by the staff. No towels, only TL-lighting so you had to find your bed in total darkness, no breakfast, lots of airplane noise and a lots of tv-stations with snow.It was dirty and uninviting. Bed linen was clean. Bathroom although shared was very grubby, and badly lit. The hotel was terrible. We did not stay the night, the area was awefuland the room was discussingly unclean.
