The assistance provided by Viktoria, who I presume is the manager, prior
to arrival and on check in was very helpful.
The apartment itself was in a great location, directly opposite Jannowitzbrücke station and less than 1km from Alexanderplatz. There are two supermarkets directly next to the apartment that are open 7:00 - 21:00 Mon-Sat, so very easy to stock up.
We were a group of four adults and two small children, the apartment was easily big enough for us. It is located on the second floor . all reviews »
in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.
Everything!! The location was perfect, very close to Alexanderplatz and the Underground. It was very easy to reach every interesting place. The apartment is amazing!.

The internet stick we hired was temperamental at best. It was 5 euro per
day and while we did get it to work, it was probably not worth getting.
Final cleaning is expensive, and the additional cost, please be careful when you make.
