Such a nice apartment, we felt like we were at home! the young man responsible for the key handover was very friendly and helpfull, he was already there as we arrived. The location of the apartment is great!. The location is great; very central, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, public transportation and al attractions are very near.

The apartment is situated in a new building (built in 2001) which was designed by Nalbach & Nalbach Architects, a well-known architect couple from Berlin.

The building's attractive façade boasts large windows, an impressive entrance and a stylish staircase.

For your convenience, you will also find a shared washing machine and tumble dryer on the premises.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments. However, you can smoke on the spacious balcony.

Important information to guests

Guests can collect their apartment keys from 11:00 on the day of arrival if they need to drop off luggage. However, there is no guarantee that the apartments will be fully cleaned and prepared until 16:00. Please note that the individual apartments do not have a reception. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balconies. Guests arriving after 22:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.
