A clean apartment with functional kitchen, comfortable bed and a pleasant environment. Location was super for those who wish to enjoy Berlin's night life! Less than 30 min ride to Berlin center and main attractions. Our purpose was to enjoy Berlin's attraction during the day (one ride to the city and one ride back to the hotel in the evening) and to have a place with a walking distance at night for the main parties and restaurants, and we had a success! Staff were nice and helpful.
all reviews » The location is really good if you want to be right at the heart of the coolest bit of Berlin - only a few minutes' walk in any direction to all of my favourite Berlin bars and restaurants - you can't really go wrong! Everything worked well, from the clever late-check-in solution to the powerful, warm shower The kitchen was well stocked The rooms were nice with big windows. The flat was very clean and new. Good furniture especially in the kitchen Sunny (we were on the last floor)and quiet. Rooms and bathroom were big enough for 4 people. We were just in contact with the lady of the agency and she was very nice. Will recommend it!. Reception friendly helpful and efficient. Rooms were available when we arrived well before 3.00pm. Rooms were well equipped TVs in both bedrooms beds were comfortable. Good location for those spending time in Kreuzberg and going to Berlin's best clubs, friendly and helping staff, all necessary equipment and facilities. The mattress are not very good quality but still ok. No hot water from arrival until (for us) the afternoon after our first night's stay. The internet connection was really slow and, unfortunately, this outweighs all the good things for me. The distance from the Goerlitzer Bahnhof U-Bahn. It is quite a walk! Also, there was very little storage space in the apartment. Take small bags. 10 minutes walk to the closest Bahn (train) station. In a big group with people visiting eachothes flats the keycards were very confusing, should either have one each or some sort of mark on the card so we know whats for what. the location of the apartments seems to be not safe because of graffitis; but it was ok for us since we did not go out in the evening. Although the general location of the hotel is excellent (in Kreuzberg, close to both Friedrichshein and Neukoelln), the hotel unfortunately happens to be located just opposite Goerlitzer Park, locally also known as pot park- very dodgy at night with gangs and drug dealers hanging around nearby. The bike we rented was a little beat up and didn't drive straight. We had to take it to a bike shop to fix it. The side lamps break very easily when trying to flip the switch. We had to pay for a broken one. 10 minutes walk to downtown of Kreuzberg and to Subway. bathroom was a bit small but no excellent condition. On the second day of my stay the heating did not work and there was no hot water. Only the location is a little bit far from metro. We had to pay a 30 euro cleaning fee at the end of our stay but throughout the stay our room was not cleaned at all and we were there for a week. The pillows were flat. Small room - photos were misleading. A bit too far from public transportation (underground). having to move rooms halfway through stay. Nothing. Loud street, very dirty region arround the hotel. Asked for clean sheets / clean towel at reception and was refused. The internet service was unavailable most of the time. This is a hotel, not an apartment as was advertised. We did not feel safe in the area and moved out after a couple of nights. the garage entrance was blocked by strange cars, management couldn't heled in that matter.
