Location could not be any better close to all the attractions, eateries & shopping, very clean rooms, breakfast fast quick and easy , helpful staff, the perfect place to stay will certainly be back and recommend it all travellers. coffee take away back to room. open design of room refrigerator & table central location helpful staff in hotel across street access to great variety of restaurants in walking distance.
all reviews » The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was very courteous and they checked us in early. The studio we stayed in with our 2 children was very comfortable but old. Good use of a small space with the mezzanine. Clean, tidy, aesthetically pleasing. The flooring needs a revamp as it was creeking. There were no tea towels or dish cloths making washing up difficult and the room service didn't do any dishes so I would think the tea towel and dish cloth were essential. The bin was too small. It wasn't very sound proof if other guests were noisy. had to ask 2 times to get hot water in appartment. Stairs. price; like everthing in central Paris, it is a bit overpriced. we stayed in the 4 person apartment The towels were never changed and no housekeeping in three days,group of four only two plates glasses and cutlery, a lot of owners clutter left under beds and in wardrobes/cupboards. Shower head only 4ft above bath cannot shower under it. we were out all the time not a real issue just could have been a lot better with a bit of effort. Whilst I can't really fault anything ion great detail I do feel the staff could've been a little friendlier and helpful. Our room was a little dated and the kitchen was minimal. Apparent room does not have elevator!. very small space low sealing under bad. Space too small for 4 adults. Bathroom tiny and no space for luggage once you want to open them. There was a noise coming from the bathroom the all day and night. There was a very bad smell in the corridors. Too expensive compared to quality. the flat is so small,no lift?incase of luggage,no air condition and the fans are in poor condition,one of them the socket is broken tried since the first day to replace it?no response.the kettle(water boiler )in bad shape?ask to replace it ?no feed back,the raod to the hotel is so isolated.i advise no family to rent it. not clean and not fresh. The rooms stank of cigarette smoke. Light fittings weren't working. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The television was very small, grainy screen and only one or two English channels. Poor wifi, small room with a floor over the bed and a small mattress on the floor for 2 teenager to sleep on. Could not sit on the bed. Suppose to be a 4 people apartment but it is only good enough for 2! Mirror on the wall to make it look more spacious. Toilet seat broken, could not open the widow, the table is in the way. Overpriced!.
