All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Excellent position. Breakfast good. Very quiet which is important to us. Near museums, shops and with many restaurants nearby.we would return. The hotel is close to everything: we've got on food to Louvre (3 min), Champs Élysée (25 min), Tour Eiffel (30 min), Moulin Rouge (35 min).

No tea/coffee making facilities inthe room - don't understand this!!. Internet access did not work, although it was payed. We have 3 young children and booked well ahead to secure adjoining rooms. However, when we checked in, the adjoining room had been given to someone else and we were first put into rooms with too few beds and then moved later that evening to two separate rooms. Not ideal with young kids and disappointing when we had booked well in advance. The wallpaper was dark and wavy felt like in a cave. They should use some white because the room was very small. too small and old furniture. price,room, breakfast. The original room I was given was undescribable bad.When I complained I was immediately given another room. I got the impression that they try and get some idiot to take the terrible room. Fortunately I am not an idiot. Very little dirty and shabby room. room cleaning is irregular. decrepit miserable decor. boorish concierge named Pierre adds to the end of disgust and spoils the mood. Avoid this hotel!!! This area has many hotels and is definitely better to stay elsewhere. The room was too litlean the bed broked, not heat at all and the smell was like humid terrible experience never recomended this hotel again.
