I wanted her to feel safe, so I reserved a room at your hotel. We had a great time, and at no point did Whitney ever feel in danger in the area. I travelled from Dublin, Ireland.The hotel was literally 5 mins away from the eiffel tower. There was a metro station and groceyry store walking distance away. Really liked this hotel and I had read bad reports about it but did not see anything at all wrong. Room was cleaned everyday and staff were friendly and helpful. Good location (I had room at 10 floor and can see tour from the room window). Near to Eiffel, view outside of window (Eiffel side). Location, room cleanliness. It could burn someone if they are not careful.we had a late check out which cost 140 euro extra- this was to 5 o clock- a late check out to 3pm costing 60-80 euro would have been fairer- i know you need those rooms for that evening and housekeeping have to work late etc-but 140 euro was just too expensive. small room, wine opener in room. More TV programs in english language. Rooms were small but nothing unexceptional for Paris. the price of the bar. would have prefered to have tea and coffee making facilites in the room. They need to check more often on there paid phone systems for callingcards or credit card calls there, due to they didnt work well for anyoneand there morning breakfast I did not think it was worth 19.00 euro aday, price for food at the hotel a little high, but what ya going to dowhen u need 2 eat, I would stay there again but it would only be me, notfor a family. Air condition was not so good. No ocmplimentary meals....... The rooms were small and didn't have coffee pots to make coffee in themorning. They also don't restock the plastic cups found in the bathroom.the parking was full. We had to wait around 1 hr at lobby until our room is ready, that was the only bad part of stay. Additionally not all staff was able to speak in English.the room on the photo on the website was not the one we got (there was no view of the eiffel tower and the hallways needed renovation. Breakfast, difficulty in procuring taxis and the hotel could do with refurbishment. Noisy due to construction site adjacent and will not chash travellers' cheques for guests. Very difficult otherwise. We booked a family room that was to have a double bed and a twin bed. Our room only had 1 bed that was not too comfortable. Since we were only there for one night due to a layover, I didn't complain. They basically gave us the lower valued room instead of the one we booked. They were very friendly and helped establish a car service to take us back to the airport very early the next morning.No tea/coffee making facilities. smell of smoke in the corridors and decor of the corridors. The price of breakfast is tooooooo expensive. The lunch in a good restaurante is the price of breakfast. so far nothing that i did not like. Floor in room was dirty. No room service menu and had to ask a few time for the cot. The comments form the previous occupants was still in the room so not sure that they take too much notice of comments made. Cleaning, especially toilette. outside the broken steps and the drive in bad condition not good for people traffic also no cofee making fasility in your room. -Some of the Reception Staff could be a little more helpful . The internet rates (lobby computer) are extremely high and no prepaid cards were available.The room was too small for the price we paid for. There was no cofee maker inside the room. Smell of smoke was very strong inside the room. room was diffrent from the picture on booking site, in reality it was smaller. Very ugly. Unpleasant room. Windows didn't open. rooms were too small. beds were uncomfortable. I asked for nonsmoking rooms however smell of smoke was all over the room. no tea or coffee facilities in the room. toilet was separated from basin. noise from nearby constructions.
