THe location was amazing. We walked everywhere from the hotel. There were great places to eat all over the hotel. The staff was very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. The rooms were very clean and well furnished, but just a bit small. Perhaps it's to be expected for a Paris hotel. Nonetheless, we had an awesome experience at this hotel. This is the 1st Hotel ( Top Quality) and best of all the Hotel I have test in 20 year of Paris, Hotel is in the center of Paris the Hotel team are giving the best out to help you and make you feel confortable, Special thanks for the loung bar at Hotel, you must test and see the drinks super.

The hotel made a mistake in charging us, as they try to charge us thebreakfast (eur 25 a person) but the hotelprice via Booking.som includedbreakfast already. But the confusion was solved quickly and friendly. Room was not ready at arrival around 15:50. Suggetion by the staff to eat breakfast in-room without mentioning of an extra charge of 10 EUR. The breakfast order form in English mentioned ham as well as choices such as jogurts under continental breakfast 25 EUR. However, despite of crossing these items, no such items were available in the "French continental breakfast".bad drains!. Air conditioning not available in April, even thought he room was quite warm/hot.Price. Room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait, staff did not apologise, despite the fact that it was an hour after check in time.No air condition, the phone did not work, the staff were very arrogantand totally unhelpful, they did not care (except one staffer) and theprice for this type of accommodation was outragous. The internet did notwork in room either, poor signal, very very poor for this kind of money,all should be laid out and in good working order. Mini bar was not re-stocked, generally very bad service. Cold water;credit card policy. The service is lower than to be expected, cleanliness was very poor and the breakfast was also rather poor. Service, facilities, staff, charging money for everything, etc. extremely overpriced. Room was very small and overpriced. Ventilation in the room was bad, bathroom’s counter was dirty and seemed like never cleaned.
