The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The hotel is centrally located to all the tourist attractions as well as great shopping.
all reviews » I was vey impressed with the location (less then a blok from the Louvre). The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.The staff, particularly Katerina were so helpful. I speak Frence but my wife does not and she was so kind and explained in excellent English. The hotel is excellently situated, only a hundred yards from the Louvre. I worked in Paris in the past, and know the Parisienes well and how they can be. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - very pleased. This hotel is just excellent with excellent location; close to the metro stations, to Louvre Museaum and other must-see sites of the city. The bed was too hard but I found that true all across Europe. Also...only down pillows/comforters which could be a problem for those with allergies. I had to wrap my pillow in an extra sheet for a barrier.Bedroom slightly too small, fine for one night but having to edge around the bottom of the bed would have driven us mad for a longer stay. I believe the rooms were noted as soundproof in the description on the website,and this was not true. There were times when the noise was disturbing; Not intolerable, but disturbing.the room is a little small. The bed was very low and too soft fo me personally.
