My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to anyone. I really liked the staff-they were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms were full of character, spotlessly clean with wonderful linen. The situation was very convenient and quiet. Close to the station, promenade and metro.

Our room (304) was very small and did not permit us to both move about at the same time. We arrived at about 10pm so did not ask for a room change, which we should have done. The hotel was a lot further away from the sea front that it looked on the map - a long walk. The bathroom after showering was more like a "wet room". The hotel generally was run down and needed refurbishing. The system for room charging left much to be desired. Our room charge per night varied from 69 euros to 85 euros and 100 euros, for the same room!. Dated decor, poor facilities, such as no tea it coffee, or a lounge area.
