This hotel was chosen because it was close to the airport. We turned our rental car in the day before and had an early flight to catch then next morning. We (3) ladies had no problem walking to the airport directly across the street via a special passageway that went under the Main Street. The room was clean....no extras! It had wifi...was very small but accommodated us. It was far better than sleeping in the airport. The staff at check in we're helpful. They provided directions and recommendat.
all reviews » Location is just WOW if you are coming by flight. if you are coming to Terminal1 then it is a walk for 2 min simple. If you are coming to Terminal 2 then there are free shuttle buses(runs in the night as well till the last flight) from Terminal 2 to terminal 1. These are big blue buses. Just take this bus and get down at stop Lycee Hotelier. Hotel is just 1 min walk. You will see the sign on Luxury Hotel Novotel from far. Ibis and Novotel are attached. If you want to go to cannes or monaco the . room are clean and the design of the room will make you feel comfort. the light in the room are very bright. the lobby stuff are very nice. You can use computer in lobby and it have free printer!!(so good to book train ticket here:D) it is so near to airports, there are free shuttle to ariport for just 2minutes walk. wifi is fast in room. the security is good, you need to use room card to press floor in lift. Closeness to airport (we had to be there for a flight at 6am and it's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the airport). The room was small, but very clean and quiet. And a very good deal for 69 euros for 3 people. This is not a hotel where you would stay for a vacation, you should use it for its proximity to the airport. It's also easy to reach by public transportation. My flight was late so I did not arrive until 2 O'Clock in the morning and taxis were scarce. I arrive in to terminal one and looked across the road and there were the neon lights for Ibis Budget Hotel directly beside Novotel. It was a 5 minute walk. Perfect for a late arrival. Clean, comfortable beds,nice lighting and a 12 O'Clock check out. Perfect for a first night. Location perfect for short term, (less than 12-15 hours ) transit.Walking distance to airport terminal. very clean,functional and economical. Not for the claustrophobic, but for us, Ibis has got the budget concept very close to right !.We prefer to spend our money on the holiday. So, I think, that the service is very good, the staff is very friendly. Moreover, the transport is near and it is very comfortable to get to this hotel from the airport and then go for affairs. Also I liked a breakfast and it is a pity that there is no dinner or supper here. My plane was very delayed and I arrived after midnight. The windows could not be opened. Almost impossible to find. Trust me, and get explicit directions. My room was smoke-free, but passageways stank of smoke. Opening my window also a smoke source. Have to hope your room is unaffected if that's your preference. Room is small but very cheap and I assume most people would only use this hotel as a stop over, so it doesn't really matter. Banging head on bunk bed!. Very small room. The third bunk bed wasn't made we arrived late and had to do the bed. Basic breakfast not included 5.95 euros. It was too hot in the room, impossible to open the window. The air conditioner did not save from the heat. Only good for sleeping Aircon not super effective. everything was fine!. Lack of pillows and keys per family. Dining options nearby. signage could be better air conditioning cd be better. Sound travelled in and out of the room a lot. Noisy would be a bad word but you could hear everything from within the hotel. Very poor pillows in bedrooms made it difficult to sleep. Very noisy especially during the night. Very small accomodations. small room. Baggage access to unload restricted.
