The room was very good, and the proximity to Nice Airport was convenient. We were pleased with the accommodation standard, and the cost was very reasonable. It was just across the road from the airport. The room was immaculate and had all the things that you could want (T.V and Hairdryer).Staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Hotel should provide a shuttle, not leave guests to figure out how to drag luggage down the street to a public bus. I almost missed my plane because it took me two hours to get across the street!. few things, we asked for two rooms beside eachother than when we got there my friendsroom was two single beds when i told them about it she said they dont push them together that my friend would have to, after much deliberaration i got the to switch the rooms. Most of the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. I would recommend this hotel based on everything, but the staff. They treated use unkindly from the very beginning and we stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip.Meals were a bit expensive. Room was too warm, air conditioner did not work cool the room.There is practically no place to load/unload your car. The small square in front of hotel main door was filled with the shuttle and parked cars. We had to stop on the street (but that seems to be normal there). The bathrooms were too old fashioned and not upto the mark. Rooms can only either be heated or cooled. A warm spell in early October after the hotel had switched over to heating meant that the room was uncomfortably warm and it is too noisy to have the window open. Slight smoking smell in non-smoking room.Poor Service by staff. for euros 68 it was okay but euros 88 for this hotel is a bit much.Limited TV stations, great place for stop-over hotel - would not think as holiday place. The food in the restaurant was of a poor character. Choice and quality. Dining room menu was uninspired. We had a marvelous dinner at tne Novohotel next door. Wake-up phone system did not work properly.
