the location is excellent...the studio apartment is equipped with everything in a very compact way...there is microwave, kitchen utensils, gas burner, fridge...the room is furnished with TV, chair table...the staffs are friendly and eager to help....

Perfect, right next to the rail station, the girl at the reception sweet and helpful and the room clean with a small kitchen which saves you from a lot of expences.

Self-catering option, although breakfast available if wanted. Staff helpful. Helpful, friendly staff who gave good advice, especially on excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is basic but has a kitchenette and is well situated.
Close to congress centre and city centre. There is a castle in a few minutes walk.

I did not appreciate the fact that even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on all the time, someone entered our apartment without our permission and my £50 bottle of Emporio Armani perfume was stolen from our bathroom and reception times are not set so practically non existent during lunchtime and after 5pm at night and especially no reception on weekends so we couldn't declare the theft before we left.

Very noisily, no condition air, small room in studio. No teapot.
The staf didn't sent me the access code for the hotel and didn't replied to my email. I've been at risk of spending my first night outside because of such lack. Internet didn't worked for half of my stay.
