especially staff - they helped us a lot. Close to city center, relatively quiet room, fair price for city center hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, hotel entirely non-smoking. old run-down rooms, heating defective (heating up the room to oven temperatures, couldn't be reduced), poor room amenities, hotel has no own car parking.
