Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested before arrival through paypal. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that a once off housekeeping charge will be added to the price: EUR 100 for the 4-bedroom (10 adults) and the 2-bedroom (8 adults) apartments. EUR 60 for the 2-bedroom (6 adults) apartment. Please note that payment can be made via online payment services, bank transfer and cheques. Please note that the property has no reception. You will be asked to complete your payment before your arrival. You will then receive en email with access codes and check-in procedures. The mandatory service charge includes housekeeping service, linen and city tax. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
