Chamonix in peak season is not cheap but this offered a single room for 50 euros. A very pleasant hotel in the heart of Chamonix.

Very friendly and staff have excellent English. Breakfast good value. Everything in Chamonix is expensive and this hotel offers good value for money in the town.
Lower stairway looked a little unclean. Breakfast a little wanting so went out.
The bathtub was a joke! It was so narrow you would have to be a model from Paris to fit in it!.
