  This was my second time at Precheurs Studios, and it feels like my home from home now! In a little side street near Place des Precheurs, in the heart of the old town, you feel like you're an Aixois. The owners are very attentive, free wi-fi and everything you need for a self catering stay. Great value for money and warm & cosy in the winter... what people say » . Little shops round the corner as well as the fantastic market in the square. I'll be back next year! - Lovely staff - so friendly and always there when you needed them! Excellent facilities - fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washing facilites and use of a printer all for free. Great location - just minutes from the markets, restaurants and shops of Aix en Provence. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for the price it offers outstanding service and value for money.

  We LOVED this accommodation. We had a deluxe double room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The building was a grand old house and the room enormous and filled with traditional character and had a smart modern bathroom. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and were not at all bothered when we arrived very late and checked in at 11.30pm. ... what people say » Breakfast was served outside on the decking, surrounded by flowers. I highly recommend staying here, it was laid back and relaxing and great value for - Host and manager very charming. We were made to feel relaxed and completely at home. We had the use of a kitchen, frig etc. Comfy beds and lots of charm in the old villa. 10 mins. Walking to town, and then returning to a tranquil environment, only thing missing would be a pool in the summer! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Marseille is a half-hour train ride away, and we took the bus to the beautiful beach at Cassis.
