Great location within walking distance to everything. Mostly quiet, some street noise. Comfortable bed.
The location, close to the bus station and to the downtown area, but still very quiet. The balcony(!).

Front desk area was not open a lot. If you run out of toilet paper or need a clean towel you can't get them. I had to buy my own soap toilet paper and use the same towel for 6 days. all reviews »

Most of the staff was unfriendly, because they seemed to be stressed. They didn't clean the room once a week. When I asked for toilet paper and towel for the dish, they had none. The bed under the sheets was really dirty, full of dust. When I told it to the staff, they didn't do anything. They didn't repair the light, etc....
