  I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome.   The location is superb; it's right next to central train station, and it's also the final stop of Finnair airport shuttle bus (30 min.ride; driver can take credit cards). Right next to the main train station/metro and facing an open bus staion - yet without any of that sleaziness that infects European train/bus stations. Finns are just too nice to be sleazy and are also darn good-looking!!! They have to be the handsomest race I have ever or will ever see.

  Excellent location at the dead center of the old town - the best possible for the touristy visit. Rooms are spacious and tidy, breakfast is great. - Recommend to stay for city center walking tours. Nice breakfast. Cosy and interesting hotel. A bit overpriced I would say.

  It was great that we came after check-in hours, at that time there were no staff. But the staff think about us and left the key in the mail-box with my name and instructions of how to get in. That was pleasant after long road from St-Petersburg late at night that cottage was waiting for us, was warm and cosy. Outdoor temperature was about 2 degree under zero, but indoor is worm. Kitchen equipment is quite good, radio, TV, small and likely sauna - all this facilities for you best mood.
