Reception desk works until 11pm. We weren`t able to come before 11pm, and wrote an e-mail about it to hotel, they send us number and passcode to keybox where I`d found my key when we managed to get there. It was nice. Room was clean. Bedclothes is Ok. The location of hotel is nearest to lake, very friendly and quality servise of stoff, clear rooms with all nessasary for budget resting (kitchen, private bathroom ets.).
