Staff,very friendly,helpful ..which made for a relaxing time there and good interaction with other custmers.Access to sauna onsite ,I believe.TRUST By the staff,that you would pay your bill in the morning if you arrived late and no one was on reception that time to take your money,nor no one there very early.English and Russian widely spoken. Location is very good - just in the center of the town. And the price is the lowest.

No one on reception at late night assist guest,particularly if like one quest arriving late,couldn`t get into the complex due to the outdoor lock had a security system and of course,the chap didn`t the access code. Rooms are tiny, but comfortable for short accomodation (1-3 days). I arrived in Lappeenranta at nighttime and there were no staff in hotel. 2 hours couldn't get into hotel. I had a right code from the door but when you open the first door you should go faster and open the second door on the left (because it closes after 10 seconds). There are rooms on the right side. These are apartments. The smell of paint in the room. When we came here, there was nobody on reception, so we (as newcomers to here) were lost a bit. The hotel is non-smoking but there was very strong smell of smoke in our room... Too narrow beds. Get plenty of information on the Internet. Only one bathroom on the floor. There were not free internet connection, despite it was pledged, couldnt find any stuff during our stay. Small parking. Difficult to find a place for car. And they call it Motel? Common shower for several rooms. Small room. Breakfast is a tragedy...69 euro/night for a flophouse?. - no 24h reception - walls are thin, it was loud in the night since someone was parting it is more hostel than a hotel (breakfast in kitchen, one common shower, not toilet in the room), so I find it expensive. There was nobody at the reception, in the early evening. We had booked a 4-persons room, which was actually a basic, standard room with 4 beds in it, so there was no living-space. The breakfast was very simple and self service, no buffet, but a just refrigirator to pick your food. no parking for guests. loud musik in the evening from the bar. Organization of the breakfast, the kitchen was`nt very clean. It is a do it yourself motel. The staff is most of the time absent. This would not be a problem if there would sufficient information available for the guests. Horribly.
