Friendly and courteous service from management, right down to cleaning staff.Have to overlook renovation, as it will be quite handy once restaurant ,as I understand is finished.Not a single complaint.Cant wait till I go back there again.

The apartment was spatious.
Because of renovations, it was wet and muddy when it rained.
unfortunately renovations are on at the moment and things are quite noisy so don't complain it will look great when it's all finished.
Narrow staircase; long way to go up to the third and fourth floor especially if you have a heavy suitcase. Need some darker curtains and perhaps double glaze the windows as the noise from the buses coming down the hill is very loud.
Road noise but quieter at night.
Lack of wifi and ability to get internet in the hotel rooms.
No FREE Wifi in the room makes communication hopeless with families and friends hopeless.
Upkeep and very poor customer service skills of Receptionists.
Noise coming from the roads aside.
