Food amazing Kids Club excellent Nanny - Kasa beautiful with my young children Everything perfect holiday was better than expected and we forfeited a night on Mana Island to return to Radisson for one more night. Already planning our next trip while sitting at the airport waiting for plane! POOL with water slide... FABULOUS. Great hotel! We only stayed one night and our flight was 22.00 in the evening and we received a late check out at 6pm! Which was great! Food was fantastic, loved the fish and chips at the beach, the buffets at Blu and the Asian restaurant as well! We had a great time!.

My daughter celebrated her 17th birthday there and she said it was the best birthday she had ever had as the staff made her feel real special. Great accommodation for families with older or younger children. Staff were overly friendly, siditi the cocktail guy was great. Food was great, a little expensive but nice. Rooms were nice and clean, everyday they would clean our room and leave flowers. The staff were great, you get what you pay for. Everything !! The choice of restaurants , choice of pool type ie adult only , family etc . room , location , service second to none . The Cross Restaurant was the best food . Overall one of the best hotels that I have stayed in . Loved the general atmosphere-clean and bright,superb grounds.The attitude of the staff was exceptional-(some staff at other resorts seem to be over the tourists and it shows). Loved the 'adult only' pool! Loved the free wi-fi. Staff were courteous and dealt with enquiries etc competently and efficiently. The hotel complex particularly the landscaping was attractively laid out. The room was pleasant with a nice garden view. Everyone was so nice it's hard to pick out one person. I was really impressed that they have adopted a school. It was nice to see the Radisson taking interest in their community. Nicely appointed rooms, spa service was excellent, pool and Jacuzzi are great. Seaside sports are good. Local night-time local village sing and dance was the highlight!. The waterslide, the variety of pools, the excellent kids club staff, the spacious rooms, the excellent kitchen and washing facilities, the friendly and helpful staff. The lagoon pool, waterslide & toddlers pool were great. Also a good variety of places to eat, liked that you could get a takeaway meal at Neptunes. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The dining options are also impressive, as are the watersports and tours available at the hotel. Everything was so easy, we spent 3 days here readjusting to our new time zone. It was pure relaxation. Staff were efficient and amazing. Room was really nice and clean, staff were great and always helpful. Breakfast was great and better than expected with enough options. The staff really make this hotel. They are so friendly and willing to do anything for you. The facilities are also great. Harmony retreat massage. Adult pool. Friendly staff. I was woken at 6.30am by an alarm on the clock radio set by the previous occupant, and not turned off by hotel staff. Luggage trolleys were very noisy, particularly given they were used by staff at all times of the day and night. The swimming is in pools (not beach), but that's the way for all resorts on Denarau. Wifi service was a bit intermittent. Fusty smell in apartment took a couple of days to clear. Noisy neighbors upstairs got up at 6 am. Can' think of a single thing. Buffet food was pretty good, however maybe 3.5stars at best. could have been a little better, but hardly to whine about. The cost of water at dinner - an outrageous fjd$11 (it only cost fjd$6 in the mini bar and we all know the mark-up on those items). Fairly pricey like all Denaurau hotels. The resort does not have a very large beachfront area and the adults-only pool area is a little cramped. Price for food. Hotel not ideal for a couple without kids as there were so many running around! Not that you weren't able to find some quiet space around the adult pool area. Not too much, took a bit long to check in when we arrived but they tried to keep us happy, free drinks and vouchers at the bar. Room floor was still wet when we finally checked in. The food was really inconsistent. I was really surprised that we could order the same thing on different days and one day it would beautiful and the next time it was terrible. Perhaps some quality control needs to be taken into account. Double bed made of 2 single beds. I struggled to operate the movie controls but that might be more about me than your system. Very slow service at times. You can't swim in Denarau island, the pools are not much either. You don't have any view from the rooms. Oh and the king bed was actually to single beds pushed together. It is definitely worth to take the boat ride to go to one of the island resorts such as Mana, you get much more value for money. Not really adult friendly, set up well for children but if you are looking for a child free holiday, certainly not the place to stay. Breakfast was a night mare amongst the many guests and the circling birds. Having said that we did enjoy our few days at the radissonfiji. LOTS of children screaming... It is definitely a FAMILY & CHILDREN resort. No Grass, No sand other than poolside, Too much jammed into a small site, too much concrete, staff trolleys always in action even late at night. Rooms too small, bed too big, outdoor living on levels 2 and 3 way too small, Poolside deck chairs too crammed together, cutlery and plates left outside the room for 24 hrs, chaise lounge in room springs broken, cushion sunk, tv did not turn on/off properly. Prices of hotel services were too expensive. Food was bland (except for in Cross). Price. It seemed to change (rather rapidly) between stays only two days apart. A rise of 50%. Rooms could be maintained better. Beach. Adult pool seating limited and quite compact. The price. An increase of 50% within two days is taking the Mick. Other places nearby with similar pools are better value. Have a look at the Sofitel. Two many children by our room. late check in. stale sugar and coffee supplies in room. The resort was very busy and noisy during the day as 95 % occupancy with mainly families with young children.Found the pool areas quite crowded and not relaxing.Adult pool rather small and cramped area for the sun loungers.Tended to sit on the front area by the sea to get some peace and quiet. Room not ready untill 4PM, lost of our luggages, error on our check out bill; Too crowdy and noisy with many children. The cost of the drinks. Poor selection and quality of food. Denarau resorts in general a little old and tired need upgrade. Overinflated food, hygiene at buffet, bad coffee and sushi. Staff were unhelpful at times and told us different things about eating prices for our baby. The pool was freezing as it wasn't sunny and often hard to find a deck chair. Just too many families so breakfast was chaos. We wouldn't go back. Poor quality and expensive food, people allowed to smoke by the pool. cockraches in room. Overcrowded, full of kids, undergoing renovations, too noisy, adult's pool is a joke, beach is disgusting, overpriced, not relaxing at all. Breakfast, management was very poor. Couldnt even enjoy with family and friends. We got told by stuffs that we were too loud and that they will lose their jobs if we shout and listen to music in the pool. We found that some staffs were racist. We didnt get served when all the other guess were served infront of us. We had 6 rooms in total and everyone was very disappointed and after all we had to go through I didnt get what we paid for.
