Opened on June 26, 2017 at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa, KORO is an adult only zone that includes beachfront restaurants with all day dining, a bar, expansive outdoor pools and a deck. There is live entertainment offered every night and there is a day spa and fitness centre, located alongside the KORO complex. All the rooms at the Hilton Fiji Resort are luxuriously appointed, with flat-screen cable TV and DVD players. Each room is air-conditioned, and most also feature gorgeous ocean views. Guests can work out in the fully equipped fitness centre. Nearby activities include fishing, jet skiing and diving. Children receive free access to the kids club. Union Pay credit cards are accepted and there are Chinese speaking staff at the property. Nuku offers Fijian specialities and international cuisine, while Maravu features Pan-Asian cuisine and stunning water views. The Deli serves a range of espresso coffees, pastries and gelato. The people who work there really made the entire experience. The facility itself is wonderful but the people that work there gave the facility life. The workers from reception to F&B and grounds men all work tirelessly to achieve exceptional level of Customer Service. I was truly satisfied with my holiday experience because of them and am now looking forward to many trips back to Fiji. Because of their service I will be joining the Hilton Honours.
all reviews » As I fly 60 times a year, I stay in a lot of hotels. This was one of th best. Staff were perfect, however Fijian people are some of the nicest in the world which gives them a fair advantage. I would highly recommend even if a little pricey. They took extra measures to make our honeymoon special and we really appreciated it. All of our requests were attended to without any fuss.Our room was always clean, restocked (free bottled water). ALL the staff were extremely helpful especially with the buggy transfers to and from the pool etc. We are definitely coming back. Every room at the 1st floor shares the big garden beneath the beach. Shoes are useless here, u can enjoy the grass and sand just at the front of your room. - not too busy at this period of time so having a young child running everywhere was good - the multiple pools with different widths adapted to children. As always in Fiji the staff are just a pleasure to interact with. We have been to Fiji 5 times now and recommend it to all our friends. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Wide range of facilities on site with great range and quality of food. Excellent service. close to the denarau port;nice and long beach;nuku,a really wonderful restraunt and bar except the steak. Wonderful spa, very nice pool, great breakfasts, the hotel staff is friendly, the service level is high. Was the best layout of all the Denaru Island strip. It was quiet and the pools were enjoyable as there was not to many people and as I had family with us it was lovely five days. TV in the room quite small and more choice in channels? Maybe include snacks in the room and maybe sunscreen for the guests. Nothing. Hilton pricing is not in line with other resorts on Denerau . Food prices are double what we have paid elsewhere. The breakfast area was a great disappointment as far as being too small overcrowded and in the open area where you cannot get away from the flies. An enclosed area with the view would be much more enjoyable. Beach beside resort not very picturesque. No wifi in rooms and very spaced out campus meaning long walks from facilities to rooms. Paths back to rooms not very well lit. Minor issues that didn't detract majorly from our stay. daily cleaning was not very good, once they forgot to give us new bath towel and shampoo.Also some bugs showed up....AND the last day they forgot to pick us from room to the receiption...really fiji time... For an ideal the beach lack white sand, classic cocktails are far from classic recipes. The cleaning staff were too frequent during the day. Up to three visits/day. overpriced when you compare to Caribbean all-inclusives. Fridge in the room was very noisy and had to switch it off overnight. Nothing. rooms were way too small.. Nothing. Location of room, my suit was at the far end of the resort so a long walk every time you went to the pool/reception. Internet - would be better if wifi was available in the rooms rather than just the cafe. Thought the outside of the rooms could have done with some work ie painting. Location of the bed. It was right in front of the door. Internet access was limited. Shops within the hotel was not very good quality. Not being able to escape the noise of screaming kids. The room was in need of maintenance (my blind did not work) and the fabric on the settee and seats were badly stained. Room service one night took 1.5 hours. Not in a rush to go back!. Room cleanses , blinds very dirty no fly screens, restaurant very old Beach that you can't swim in it very disappointing. Staff in reception were good, but restaurant staff were poor. service was terrible in the restaurant. Beach is very average. Certainly not what you would expect of Fiji. Too minimalistic. Doesn't feel like Fiji. The room designs make you feel like you could be in a big city its so sleek and minimalistic. The hotel needed to be updated to stay in line with the other resorts in that area. The lobby was old and extremely plain. The restaurant needed work. Also, there was no airport shuttle. The rooms are tired blinds need changing and it was sad to see such a lot of things that need to be up graded, reception area seat covers umbrellas. When you go along and visit some of the other hotels they seemed fresh and alive especially the reception areas.
