  It was exhilerating to be able to stay in a cool hotel that was so welcoming of children.Perhaps the best feature of the hotel for us was the restaurant.We loved the open plan design which made you feel as if you were in the home of your most fashionable friends.However what we loved most was that we could enjoy a delicous healthy dinner in a rela... what people say » xed environment with our kids in their pjs - really nice hotel, walking distance from train station (15-20 minutes). The staff were totally friendly and we had a perfect stay, the garden is perfect for a nice sit down with a drink affer a long day getting to know copenhagen. highly recommanded hotel that I will stay again. in fact best hotel i have stayed in, in denmark.

  Everything really. The friendliness of the staff at the reception was the best point. Being able to borrow a hairdryer the next. - The comfort where everything is walking distance...........most of allthe breakfast buffet was superb!

  Centrum staff, especially the breakfast room manager, is very courteous and helpful. The situation regarding the flood in my washroom was handled quickly and professionally--I was immediately given a new room, and, upon my request, returned to the original room. - Close to centre - basic but all I needed for the type of visit I was taking
