Staff were polite and accommodating to our questions in both Danish and English as you'd expect from such a hotel. I look for the details though and have to say the cleaners were outstanding and are the reason for this score. Check-in and out were very quick, breakfast was delicious as in all Radisson hotels, the location was walking distance from the city center... What is there not to like?.

Old room / charge you additonal fees - 250 dkk for 2 days with out prevent you at the arrival / no climatizer / direct vis a vis / first floor dorectly above the smoking area. No air conditioning. no water heater in the room. Dirty glass in ower roms everytime/day we com back too the hotel, Even after we told the reception. Hot rooms and no A/C. Apparenly there was no air-conditioning/venilitation at all in any of the premises. Even though outside temperature was only bit over 20, inside temperature was high and air stale. Room and bath very dated, only A/C is a table fan, bedlights do not work since there is nowhere to plug them in, the hotel still uses actual keys which is rather inconvenient when there is nobody at the front desk. Internet did not exist more than close to the front door. the amount of TV chanels was less that normal at SAS Radison or radison Blu. The hotel was tired with jaded fixtures and fittings, Th restaurant served water in chipped glass (x2) and coffee in cracked cups No aircon in rooms Church clocks (x3) chiming on the hour every hour through the night. Very dirty rooms, dirty always, noisy, very varm in the room, komfortable to sleep, very average and overpriced food service. Probably the worst radisson ever stayed in. The bed is ultra hard and uncomfortable, the shower puts the entire bathroom under water, and the walls are certainly not sound proof. Urgent need for renovation to European standards, this is an absolutely crap hotel!.
