good clean modern rooms and well priced.underfloor parking a great boon as we were on scooters and like to keep them secure at night. Great location close to train station and Hans Christian Anderson house/musem, helpful competent staff and clean premises, good breakfast.Easy check in. Simplicity. Location. Free internet. The rooms are very small, we liked the concept but did not know we would expect. The price was high for this sort of room. no restaurant for evening food.Staff not friendly ! little rooms. the local phone bill was high for one call. Breakfast did not have many vegetarian choices. It was not re-filled correctly on time also. Flies near breakfast area. Even my room was not in the cheapest category, it was enormous small! When you sleep in your bed, you get the feeling that bathroom is in your living room. poor internet connections. To small rooms, to hot temperature in hotel. To much noice from outside. Wrong bill invoiced at check out. This was not corrected at the time as the staff on duty were not authorised to do so. I had to leave to catch a train before staff authorised to make changes started their duties for the day. The garage is too small and I don't recommend to park your own car in. No everyday cleaning, bathroom flooded into room, small window, lamps didn't contribute to a cosy atmosphere. Considering the size of the room, it was pretty expensive. It was not easy to find the parking - the staff had to show us, and we had to call to get in to the parking, and it took long time before the phone was answered. The service was not good.It was not clear from the booking site that this was yought hotel with very very small rooms and beds and bad ventilation. very small rooms, like a telephone cabin! suitable for Pigmes and Hobbits!.
