Opposite the shuttle bus stop that brings you/takes you to the airport, next to a large supermarket, very near the metro, very comfortable beds, tea/coffe facilities provided with large mugs, bathrobe, slippers. Possibility to open the bedroom window for some fresh air. Excellent choice for a stop in Prague. Wonderful welcoming and professional reception staff. Rooms and dining room very clean. Excellent dining room service, food variety and filling. Parking with driver services. Service Konsiir excellent. The hotel's excellent location allows walking around the Old City. Excellent score! The room service was fantastic, and the executive lounge was also amazing with delicious food available at all times. The location was absolutley fantastic for this city trip. We were within walking distance of all of the main attractions. 200 shops wihtin 5 mins walk and smaller shopping centre c. 2 min from hotel. Lots of choice when it came to restaurants and bars as well. - Location is fine. - Concierge Staff very Professional, Friendly & Helpful. - Connected with small Shopping Centre. - Nice Breakfast Restaurant. - Good Service especially the House-keeping. - Taxi always available near the hotel. How bad they treat me at the check-in and at the check-out, making difficult in the check-in to do a proved easy and possible change (ended up after one hour argumentation doing it as I asked in the beginning!) and embarrassing me at the check-out by charging wrong! Unacceptable as being Marriot!. the wellness centre not so good (it's open to external guests and not so comfortable). No free wi-fi in the room (20 eur per day for wi-fi in the room is inexplicable in this day and age). Hotel staff weren't very friendly and helpful (except for the one that organised the late checkout). Breakfast is very expensive, relative to the cost of food in Prague (which is considerably cheaper than Western Europe). We didn't end up having any breakfast in the hotel. The floor we were on had a specific smell (cleaning products), but the room itself was fine. Not so up to date with the Marriott franchize.
