Hana, a hotel staff at the reception, was very attentive and helpful. Whenever I asked something, her response was very quick and also very helpful, no matter how busy she looked in other tasks, which was the most impressvie. She arranged a different room from the one I actually booked (a double room ) because she had been informed that I wanted to stay at a room with a good veiw of the outside. all reviews » Just about everything. The hotel seemed to 'fit' with our experience of Prague itself. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots. Hotel is ideally located near main Railway station, & not far from centre of the city. Could not fault the cleanliness, layout of the room, facilities etc. Breakfast was great & part of the deal. Quiet, & everything was perfect, including friendly staff. Our stay was excellent, & the accommodation was far superior to most hotels we have experienced. Location within a few yards of the main railway station and tram routes. The staff were very good helping us to store some luggage whilst we travelled for a week and also on our last day before the flight home. There was also a computer and printer for us to check-in for the flight. The staff were always friendly and spoke English. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable with lovely pillows and warm quilt.The location was excellent, so close to the train station but with the double glazed windows you didn't hear a thing. There were unusual noise of ventilation in the room 520 where we have stayed. The hotel stuffy, especially on the fifth floor.
