The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice. The bathrooms were very clean and well lit.

I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.The staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was first class and I loved the special little touches. A welcome drink and their happy hour from 3pm-- 5pm was such a lovely idea. We have stayed in lots of city hotels, but The Maria Prag has to top them all. Thank you once again and we hope to visit you in the near future. We will certainly be recommending to all our friends. No smile or small talks. When we asked to order taxi, it was some hotel taxi which was very expensive. Car parking was also very expensive. The giant-pillows on the bed. Not very comfortable to sleep on. Thecouch/sofa in the corner of the room was nice to look at but veryuncomfortable to sit in.
