It was perfect. Good location, excellent services, free pool , free internet. Everything: staff, comfort, position of the hotel,...The hotel is quiet, efficient and well located. the relaxed atmosphere. Very good service. It was within walking distance of the city centar where everything is.the hotel was well located and my room ready quickly. It was clean, food wss good, bed excellent and internet access worked very well indeed. Would stay there again.

We put in a request for an extra bed in our room and this was not granted until our second night. This meant that the 3 of us needed to share 2 beds - not overly comfortable. Also, the wellness centre facilities were not available during our stay as the centre was "fully booked" for the services we required over our 4 day stay.We had to pay addition for sauna at the Hotel. Only swimming pool and fitness was included. Quality of the breakfast is not the same standard than other Sheraton hotels I stayed from the point of view of freshness, availability and product quality.The price quoted on the booking was in Euros. When I tried to pay by Euros I was charged a conversion fee to covert this back to Kuna. This was an unexpected charge. Worst bed and pillows ever! X-rated TV channel accessible in part, which is a nightmare in the presence of children. Breakfast not included and too expensive. Parking expensive.No warm water during saturday evening! Not pleasant!. Room location: Not bgood(#271).Cleanliness: 1st day wasn't cleaned well,no shampoos replaced the used ones...until I tipped. AC: no AC in the room, it was very hot. No cozy resturant to lunch or dine, breakfast and dinner at the same resturant!!!. Need do renovation-very old room with not comfortable bathroom-for this categories hotels. And swiming pool-is awful. bathroom accessories should be changed since old and consumed. small room. Very bad service. The room was not properly clean. The used glasses were left in the room and toiletterie and others were not replaced.old TV set, shabby room, stained carpet, too small room. I was very disapointed for the room. It was not a 5 star hotel. Hardly 3 star.
