We liked the apartment and the staff a lot. It is right close to a mall,so easy to get food or groceries. Suzana and Fatima came to the mall to get us and help us with the luggage. Suzana even helped us to solve our cell phone problems. The apartment we stayed in was completely new. It was super clean. Even the worker working on the last touch for the yard was so helpful and friendly. We all had a great time there and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who plans to visit Zagreb.
all reviews » Everything great and will probably stay here again if back in Zagreb. It is about 10 minutes on tram to town. You could walk but it will take about an hour. However is still an okay walk. There is a shopping mall with supermarket across road and Lidl nearby. When goin for tram just make sure you are walking down the hill towards main road (5 minute walk). Bars and cafes where trams are. And it is chilled if you can't be bothered with town. Couple of good pizza places near apartment. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was big and clean with a very nice balcony and fridge. Internet was good. Location was better then expected because we had easy transport for city center and shopping mall very close. The apartments were quiet. Impeccably clean. Comfortable furniture, decent size of room, great shower and toilet, big flat TV. very nice and quiet neighborhood, shopping mall just across from the apartments for food and drinks. Parking space available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Good showers with soft towels. Parking. Mall with grocery store across the street. If you have your own vehicle, this a very economical option while in Zagreb. Our apartment was very nice and clean and consisted of three bedrooms and a well equipped small kitchen. The bed rooms seems very spacious. -friendly staff -nicely maintained rooms with towels provided -huge space for us in a 3-bedroom studio -2 minutes walk to a big shopping mall with supermarket. The staff was great and even waited for us because we took a little longer to get there than expected. It was a nice room. close to a mall, quiet, friendly staff. The only drawback of the apartment is its location,but with a day pass, you can easily hop on the bus and then the tram to get to the city center. If you prefer walking a bit,it only takes about ten minute to a tram station. We had a fridge in room. But we would of liked a kettlle, to have coffee in morning. It would be nice to have a kitchen we could sometimes, but overall is not a big issue. No fridge in all rooms and no lobby to hang out. The room was about a 15 minute tram ride from the city and the tram was about a 10 minute walk away. It was bit far from th etram stations, but the Bus stops were pretty close by. If The Hotel Staff can provide quick guide to Tram and Bus routes to visitors, it will be helpful. Most of the time it was impossible to find anyone of the staff. When we were checking out we tried to find someone to give our key to, but instead we were attacked by a dog that was walking in the yard. The dog didn't bite any of us but scared some of my friends. -no elevator, so travelling with large or heavy luggage may need strong arms -wifi signal is weak except on the 1st and 2nd floor, an amplifier could be good - the location is a bit far from center but for self-driving travelers, parking is no problem. it is quite far from the city center and is really far from any type of tourist attraction. internet was terrible, every 3 minutes we had to restart the wireless in the hallway in order to make it work. Far from city center.
