The staff is very informative and friendly. They even offer to bring our luggage to room. The washroom is very clean. I would recommend this hostel. The direction they give to us to hostel is very clear. Very friendly and helpful staff who were quite prepared to look up train times etc on our behalf. Easy access to trams as well as the late bus just in case you find yourself in a club at 4am.
