Lavishly furnished apartments are air conditioned and offer a private entrance and a seating area, as well as a TV and a DVD player. A fridge, toaster, Nespresso and tea making facilities are also available. Luxurious bathroom provides free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. All units also come with a Bluetooth Audio Receiver. The Peristil Square, the Saint Domnius Cathedral, various museums and galleries are only a few steps away. Main Bus and Train Station and the Ferry Port can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. The sandy Bačvice Beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Our stay at Riva Suites was wonderful - right on the Riva but with the double glazing, you would never have known! The suite was beautifully appointed and immaculate, the air conditioning perfect. Josko was marvellous at meeting us as arranged and giving us the tour - our stay was wonderful and the position of the Suite is just perfect for being right in the action but not having any problems with noisy surroundings. So easy to walk out the door and choose a bar or restaurant or just wander .
all reviews » Riva Suites were perfect. In the hub of all Split has to offer, as well as being a few minutes walk to ferry and bus terminals. The terrace overlooking the harbour was fabulous. Josko the host left a fridge full of water, milk, yogurts, etc as well as tea bags & coffee. We were so impressed by this place- it is very modern, comfortable and large with TV, WIFI, DVD player, espresso machine, iPod docking station- everything you could need! Josco recommended a couple of places to eat- both wer. Apartment was amazing! So modern, clean, glamorous, great location....complete luxury! Highlights were: Nespresso machine, kettle, free minibar items (small bottle champagne, yoghurt, sparkling water, chocolate), fast wifi that didn't click out, beautiful villeroy and Bosch bathtub and exceptional service from Josko our host. After 7 days sailing croatia we chose to spend most of our last day in our luxurious apartment overlooking the promenade...listening to the vibrant music outside, catching. We loved everything about the Riva Luxury Suites: the location, the incredible views from the rooms and roof top terrace, It was modern, tastefully decorated, and one major wall of the room is a wall of the palace. How incredible is that? Split became one of our new favorite cites because of the Riva Luxury Suites. When you closed the windows, it was very quiet, but you could look out and watch the people, cruise ships and amazing views at any time of the day or night. Excellent location right at the water front. Josko was very helpful in arranging for our arrival and departure, helped with our luggages and made dinner reservation for us. The room was spacious and nicely docorated and cleaned every day. Drinks in the fridge were inclusive and coffee capsules refilled each day. Excellent Wifi reception. All came with the price of course. Apartment was perfect. It is located on the sea promenade with all the restaurans downstairs and had very beautiful sea view. Even if the street was livelly it was quite in the apartment. Also coffee and soft drinks were available free of charge in the room. I would really recommend those appartments if you would like to enjoy your stay. Great location right on the main esplanade over looking the harbour. You walk out the front door and you have a mile of wonderful cafe/bars in front of you. The windows are double glazed to prevent noise from getting in at night and his wooden window shutters for darkness. Quite a luxurious little apartment with a very comfortable bed. We loved everything about Riva luxury suites. It exceeded our expectations. We had the luxury suite with rooftop terrace. Amazing views. Design is very chic and cool. Similar to "W" hotels. Location is right in front of harbour and step out the door and you are in amongst everything. It was perfect. Helpful and welcoming staff; assisted us with luggage to and from port and upstairs. The flat was beautifully designed and the rooftop balcony must be one of the best views in Split- over harbour and Riva. Location wise it was right in the heart of things. Stunning and highly recommended. The accommodations were clean and modern, the staff (Josko) was great and helped with lots of info, and let me use his cell phone when I had some problems with flights. The view was incredible! The food at nearby restaurants was really good, and reasonable. The view is just stunning, absolutely worth every penny (or kuna). Loved the terrace on the roof, where you can enjoy the view of the harbour while enjoy some music (yes they have speakers from the hifi in the room). Wish we had more time to enjoy the flat. The apartment is stunning, stylish and comfortable with the most incredible views of the bay from the terrace. This is probably the best apartment in the best location in the city. The location and the roof top is perfect, we can sit outside and enjoy the view of sunset in marine. Very modern/ nice boutique hotel...I do love it and will definitely come back. It was all perfect. I loved everything about Riva Luxury Suites- the Sea View Apartment was beautiful with everything you would need, and the location was wonderful. Location was the best in split, facilities were amazing, lots of added extras, friendly welcome. Close to everything in split, next to the night life. Large clean modern room. Sea view; old city, center location, design, great value for money. the interior design is modern and the room with fantastic view. Very conveniently located. Although the shower was lovely and powerful, we had to use it whilst either standing in the bath and holding the shower head, or crouching in the bath and holding the shower head. This was fine by us as we are young and agile, but may have been an issue for others. There was nothing not to like. Even the parties outside didn't bother us because the window glazing was so good!. The stairs to the room were quite narrow and steep which may not be suitable for everyone though not a problem for us. There is nothing to not like. A little pricy. One minor thing with the bath, there is no holder for the shower head so you have to hold it yourself. But who cares when you can see the sea in the bath!. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. nothing everything was brilliant!! one little thing maybe an iron and ironing board would be helpful. Split has a problem with sewerage, it smells very bad next to the water, it is known that raw sewerage is being pumped into the ocean right in the heart of split marina. Small stairs. The room is very small and should not be described as luxury at all. It feels like self-run apartment with no service and facilities for 240 euro per night.
