Jurica was extremely friendly. As previously mentioned in other comments
he gives you a mobile phone with his contact details and should you need
anything you can give him a call which put our mind at rest. He spoke
with us for 10 minutes or so to tell us the things to see and do in
Split which was very useful and pointed out a great wine and cheese bar
a short 5 minute walk away!

Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount.
The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard.
It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. As we stayed for 5+ nights we had free transfer from the airport (which was a very pleasant surprise for us!) and he took us back to the airport when we left. The location was fantastic, it took 5 minutes to get to Diocletian's Palace which is pretty central. The owner also gave us a phone with a Croatian SIM card, which we did use to call him a few times. I have already recommended this place to friends and family!.
Perfect location whether just staying in Split or planning to travel - has city beaches but other picturesque beaches a short drive away, loads of restaurants, close to ferry port, palace, everything really...Brilliant host - was extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely apartment with all amenities, incredibly clean, well maintained and secure. We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Magdalena and would definitely recommend - just perfect!.
The place was great; very clean and the apartment (we had the studio) had a nice view over the rooftops. We really enjoyed staying there and Jurica was extremely friendly! He gave us great tips about the sights and nearby restaurants. Apparently if you're staying for more than 3 days, you get a free Split card, he arranged that for us. Excellent service and nice rooms! Spotlessly clean. Airy and light. Good size for a couple. Bathroom wasn't too small (one of the problems throughout our trip). Owner was fantastic, picked us up from the airport for a small price, gave us a map with recommendations (and places to avoid) which we followed and had an even better stay! Good communication with owner before arriving. Excellent location and easy access to sights. Quiet and very secure.
This is the best apartment i stayed in terms of location, cleaningness, deaign, facilities, comfortability, the reception. Jurica ia so nice that prepare everything anf wait for our arrival on the road, he bring us to park our car n help to take luggages with us, he even turn on air-con in the apartment first, he did prepare a mobile for us which in case can call him, everything is excellent....highly recommend.
Wonderfull place, very comfortable. Nice design of appartment. Very close to city centre, possibility of free car parking. Very kind owner. Very good contact with him before we arrive, he helped us with luggages and parking car (little space in the street). Very well equiped kitchen ( free oils, sugar, salt, tea and coffee), etc ( everything what we needed were there). I strongly recommend this place.
My husband and I stayed here for one night in June 2013. The apartment was so cute! Great window looking out onto the rooftops. We really appreciated Jurica who picked us up at the ferry and dropped us off the next day at the airport (for a small fee). Jurica was very helpful and even provided a few beverages for us in the fridge. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split.
The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. He even drove to meet us in our hire car to ensure we didn't get lost and found parking near by. We had the studio flat at the top and although small it was masterfully designed as it had absolutely everything one could wish for. It was designed very well and was very clean. If I come to Split again I would def stay here again.
Jurica is perfect, the best ever hotel manager I have ever seen. He is doing whatever he can to help you. He picked me up at the bus station and guided to a restaurant at 10pm, where the food is fantastic. Room is clean and quite. He even provides mobile to guests in case they need any assistance. I will definitely stay with this apartment when I return to Split.
This apartment was small but suitable for our needs.It was very well equipped and tastefully decorated .
The owner was very helpful and had added a couple of extra touches which we had not come across before - namely some cold drinks in the fridge and a mobile phone to contact him as and when we needed to .

Everything was just great. The location is a few steps from the old town
and good dining areas. We got the top floor apartment and while it was
definitely hard to get our things there, the view from the window is
worth it. The apartment itself is flawless. Toilet is spotless, room is
completely new, there is a kitchenette, towels, etc.
Jurica was excellent- he greeted us and showed us around the apartment,
went though the city map in detail, left us a mobile phone to contact
him and gave us a door-to-door service to the airport. The apartment was
very clean,comfy, well-equipped and in a very central location for the
centre of Split. Would definitely recommend!.
This place is great! right in the middle of the old town of Split, walking distance to everything. The host was extremely helpful in finding us parking and providing recommendations while in Split. Also liked that it had a kitchen where you could cook your own food if you wanted to (we only stayed one night so we didn't).
We had lovely attic room with window view over city & port. Quite a few stairs but owner picked us up from bus station & carried our bags upstairs for us! Location is great, just outside Diocletian palace & near some restaurants etc. Owner gave lots of tips re things to so, places to eat. Very enjoyable stay.
The excellent and cemtral location, at 3 min walk from the center. The warm welcome of Jurica with lots of explanation, free drinks in the fridge, some coffee tea sugar at our disposal in the kitchen.

The bed was a bit too hard for our liking.Fine for one or two nights- but not a whole week!.
The parking is a bit of a problem. The manager is helpful in finding a
spot, but it will surely be quite a walk from the apartment. Make sure
you are ready to have a 10 minute walk (which might be uphill) with
your luggage.
The walls are a bit thin, you can hear the other guests come in and out of their rooms and on the staircase pretty easily. Also we heard the first floor neighbors having a very loud argument at some point during the evening.
The appartment (#1) was a little bit small but it is well arranged and like new so did nit bother too much.
