I'm in great delight with this accommodation!!! First of all I have to tell about the lady who runs this apartment, Ivanka! She's so kind, attentive, kindhearted that I felt as I was at home!!! Really, all the atmosphere made by Ivanka is so domestic!!! And a few words about the rooms. I don't know why somebody says that the room is small... The room is good to stay in! I visited two types of rooms (with and without a balcony), both are cosy. All the rooms are very clear, towels are snowy-white.

The Old Town is 10 minutes by bus, stop at the corner. To the supermarket 10 minutes. Guest kitchen fully equipped with all necessary equipment. Ivanka was amazingly charming and very helpful. Good value for money! The supermarket, bakery, cinema and pedestrianized street with a lot of bars and restaurants are just 50 meters away. Lapad beach can be reached within 200 meters, national Park Velika Petke is in nearest neighborhood. You can easily explore Dubrovnik ’s Old Town taken number 4 bus, witch stops outside of the gates of apartments. Clean comfortable room with shower and balcony with sea view, well equipped guest kitchen, free Wi-fi. The owners were charming and helpful. The room was clean and had a lovely balcony which benefited from the afternoon sun. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need to cook a meal and there was both an internal and external eating area. Bus stop minutes away only 15 mins to Dubrovnik, beach minutes away and the pedestrianised street 5 mins away. Supermarket and bakery just across the road. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and had a great view of the beach. We had a bathroom to ourselves across the hall and there was a communal kitchen which was fully equipped. The host greeted us when we arrived and was very kind. She also washed and dried a load of washing for us for free. The staff were extremely helpful. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and a supermarket close by. The bus to the city centre takes about 10 min and costs only a few dollars. Very close to a delightful beach and cafes and bars. The room is really clean and the bed confortable!!! The owner is really really nice!! The room is next to the beachs and you can easily go to the old town by bus in 15min!!! We could even taste the good grapes!! I recommend this hotel!!. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was very near the beach (200m), restaurants & shops. Our host was very helpful and informative. She organised for Her husband to drop us to the ferry at the end of our stay. The apartment was really nice and so was the owner. The locasion is really close to the beach and only ~10 min to the old town. Kitchen was great too. The owner even send us by post a ring my friend had lost. Complete use of kitchen & dining room, bus stop next to hotel, only 10 minutes to old city, next to local beach, rooms cleaned every day, friendly, en-suite bathroom. Everything it's perfect, the location can't be better, and the room is really nice. Absolutely clean room and toilet, well equipped kitchen. Would stay again if return. It's impossible to find something negative) Because it's a wonderful place!. The only downside was that you had to catch a bus to the old town, but the bus stop is basically right outside and comes every 20 minutes. nothing!!. Only that we could not stay longer. No TV in room, steep flight steps to hotel could be difficult to some.
