  A great hostel just down the road from their sister hostel. 5-10 minutes walk from the Bell tower and central sights. Very helpful staff and free tours and activities every night arranged by the staff. We did the tour to great goose pagoda with the fountain show which was loads of fun! Good breakfast and reasonably priced food, great bar atmospher... what people say » e too in the evening with live music. We stayed on the second floor and couldn't hear the bar at all. Some noise from the street but to be expected. A - A great backpacker haven (a welcoming bar area with wifi serving beer on tap, hookahs, and western food) that also provides the comforts and cleanliness of a no frills budget hotel. Location is very central within 15 minutes walking distance to the Bell Tower, subway station, and Muslim Quarter. The staff helped plan our Xi'an visit, while a lot of travel info is also posted in the common areas by the staff previous guests.

  This place exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. It is located within the city wall so it is convenient to walk to some of the tourist places. The staff was naturally friendly and helpful. They gave me really useful tips for my trip in good english. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has good and unexpensive food. Excellent qu... what people say » ality for a very good price. There were also small extra details that made the service outstand like a complimentary welcome drink. I will definitely - There are two receptionist. One a bit impatient but another one is superb! She even helped us hail the taxi to airport while we were busy with our luggage. We won't get this kind of help in other places. Location near to bus stand, pharmacy and local store. Clean room and bathroom. Cafe is nice and we even got free coffee!

  We booked a standard room in the Mercure and got an upgrade to a suite in the Grand Mercure which was fantastic! Couldn't fault anything at all. Pure luxury, room enormous, bed so comfy!! Breakfast was full western and eastern buffet with drinks served to the table. Staff excellent all round. Use of the leisure facilities in the Sofitel an added b... what people say » onus. Highly recommended. - Nice hotel. Quite location in residential square with all Accor hotels nearby. Staff very efficiently, expecially we wish to thanks a lot Mr. Andy who gave us all necessary info's needed as well as train ticketing support. We do suggest a short visit early morning to the near park, to see ordinary people practise Thai-Chi and dancing

  The location is fine, it is not really walking distance to the centre (Bell Tower area）but there are many buses which take you there just for 1-2 RMB (2 stops). This hotel is pretty good value for the money, it is clean and offeres simple breakfast for additional charge.
