  The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. The apartment was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor (do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around 100 m2 in Europe).   I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is very secure building and excellent value for money. David was very helpful to welcome us and arrange everything we needed. Metro is around 10-15 minutes walk but convenience stores like 'Family Mart' (which I believe is 24H) is just close by. There is also plenty choice of local restaurants. Definitely recommended for price and location. - The location is OK - Nanjing West Road metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The entrance to the apartments are located on the back of the building. You have to call from reception to the guy responsible for rooms and then he comes. It can take some time. The apartment is OK if you do not need much assistance because there is no reception/nobody to help you. Otherwise the room is modern & nice. The view from the roof is super (the house has 29 floors).

We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied.
