  Just had a lovely three day stay at the Don Santiago. The hotel is a charming, small hotel. The rooms are small but functional and clean. Nice bathrooms, free wifi, safe in the wardrobe, and plenty of hangers for your clothes. Breakfast was a small buffet type but there was enough there to give you a good start for the day.   The location was great. The price was very good. The food was great value for money. Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel.   Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

  This is really a B&B, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast is good. The house is located back from the street and gate is kept locked. It is a 15 minute walk to restaurants or outlet shopping. - This hotel is really a B&B wih a lovely setting on a residential area. This is not a tourist area.

  Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. The staff is very helpful, no problem to arrange a taxi transpo... what people say » rtation to airport (early morning). - I asked specifically for a room away from any cell towers and also that they give my sheets and towels an extra rinse and they performed excellently on both counts. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.
