  Ms. Lorena Silva is absolutely amazing: she will always make sure everything is perfect, which in turn greatly contributes to having a perfect trip! Even the concierges were great; they got us a great deal when we had to go to the airport, and that saved us around U$8! The neighboorhood is lively, full of bars, restaurants - The location in Bellavista put me in walking distance of many of Santiago's most historic and interesting places. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and clubs and people on the go. It's also home to a varied set of art galleries, yoga studios. The apartment is very close to the subway and it was easy to get around in Santiago. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff was very attentive to details, providing me information on all my destinations. The whole experience was much better

  Lovely city, very friendly people and very helpful to non-Spanish speakers. Tourists well catered for with plenty to see and do. Beautiful weather.   Location and service was very good. Walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful - Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

Can walk to most of the places of interest and spots in town, if one has the aptitude. Almenas is a nice cosy home/hostel, comfortable place to sleep in and a clean complete private bath (have to opt for it though). The staff is professional and courteous. And yes, Wi-fi is available and works very well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient as one would eat at home.
