Guests expecting to arrive after business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00AM to 9:00PM; Friday to Sunday 8:00AM to 11:00PM) must call the number on the confirmation document to arrange after hours key pick-up. Guests under the age of 25 must check in with a parent or official guardian. Please contact us if there anyone in your group that is not 25 years of age, other than your children. Parking at this property has a height restriction of 6'9". Over-height parking is not available. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 107-2011 Innsbruck Drive, V0N 1B2 Whistler. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Village Gate House by Whiski Jack in advance of your expected arrival time.
