We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Everything about the hotel was clean, warm, staff were so friendly, we had gotten engaged and when we mentioned this, a bottle of Champagne was delivered to our room. The Toiletry items were top notch Aveda products, the coffee was starbucks. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool area was clean and beautiful.
all reviews » Checked in early. Our room was ready. Upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Had a balcony. Robes in room. Transferred our skis to and from the mountainside. Easy drop off and pick up of skis each day. Friendly and helpful staff. It was quiet and we slept well. Excellent location for night life, convenient for ski lifts too. Nice touches with free (good quality) drinks 4-5. Breakfasts great and varied and staff service superb. Spacious room, full kitchen, fireplace in sitting area. Excellent location, easy to access everything in village. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location was great - in the middle of the village. Nice views of the mountains. Enjoyed a spa treatment. Attentive staff. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the studio room which had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Would love to revisit. The expensive undercover parking of $28 a day which was not user friendly. We stayed 2 nights. Nothing! Our stay was perfect. Not sure if I oversaw the maid rinsing the toilet brush in the wash basin one day. The breakfast is so-so. The complimentary Wi-Fi was not available one day, which I needed. But, they reimbursed us for one nite free parking. Which was nice, obviously the outage was out of their control. The only negative was the cost of parking, especially when the public rate was so much cheaper. Breakfast coffee was not very good. Size of the gym, that's it. Nothing - everything was fine. Would have appreciated clearer parking instructions. We should have parked outside first, then got a key before parking. The lift to the hotel from the car park was hidden away. The fees for two days are dearer than a months parking pass for the public area of the car park. We had access to the other pan pacific pool but it closed for renovations at noon on a Sunday.
