Well positioned, easy reach to Skytrain, two blocks. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, multiple cuisines. Close to shops and malls. Across the road from BC Centre for attendance at major sporting events and 5 mins walk to Rogers Arena for concerts etc. The staff was great! We stayed Thursday and attended a concert Friday night. They let us park our car in the garage until after the show. Very helpful and friendly.
all reviews » The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a corner deluxe king bed, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the complimentary downtown shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. Breakfast was very generous and tasty. Nice touches with Umbrella (needed with Vancouver Rain), Apples and Bottled Water. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. Pretty much everything, staff, room, cleanliness, location, food. This was a wonderful experience, hardly any negatives. Room was clean and spaceous. Staff accomodating and friendly Location good- accessible to all forms of public transport. Central to shopping area - Robson Street. Free shuttle service to shopping area. Helpful and friendly staff. Elevators seemed very slow, lots of wait time, I realise they are very busy. Spent a lot of time going up and down, going to other peoples requests.Would have liked to have been able to take the stairs, not an option though. Nothing. No free bottle water in room. Other Hiltons provide free water bottle everyday. Bed was a little to hard for me. Inconvenient car park because construction nearby. Noisy thermostat-air conditioner occasionally disturbed sleep. I feel that the hotel is overly expensive. Parking - there was a truck blocking the driveway when we were leaving but otherwise okay. View of construction outside the window. Noisy due to construction next door- but short-term I suppose. Did not like to be nailed for parking fees on check out. The hotel next door included them in my last trip package and as a result I will stay next door on my next visit. all night vibrating sound. The hot tub was cold They close the hot tub Monday's from 8 AM till 3 PM to service why can't they do that when it's closed at night? It stayed cold until we left on Tuesday My complaint got me two free bottles of waterwater some peanuts and a little chocolate? No maintenance man after 3 o'clock when they reopen the hot tub Temperature back up But I was told it was 101 but they say it supposed to be hundred and five.
