The hotel staffs were very helpful. They explain me everything and they make my stay more pleasant. Even the cleaner woman is very kind. Don t be afraid to make them questions they will answer in any question. They redecorate it and it’s really beautiful. New furniture’s new carpets. the locality of the hotel, the room itself. I liked the flooring, no rugs the bed was extremely comfortable and bedding of good quality. I liked the decor of the room and the window treatments. very impressive and I would stay there again and recommend this hotel.

Lighting is poor over desk (none). An elevator needs adjustment.Rooms are small - but who cares! We chose the Strathcona for convenience. And we never planned to live in our room!. pub was a big dissapointment, how about a complimentary drink , or music something it was totally underused.other than that .no complaints,. You cannot see outside from the room. The air conditioning in the room was on the noisy side.No thing to say. The rooms were a bit small.Room seemed cramped and dark.Clothes hanging area very limited. Would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside. bar did not seem overly clean. Very small room. Room service is should be for 24 hours.The corporate room was a little smaller than I would have liked, but overall it was a very pleasanrt stay. room was a little musty. The Pub was closed. we were first given an old noisy room and we paid and reserved a premium room not a standard. We only found this out when we asked for a quieter room and got the room we reserved in the first place.only 1 chair in the room. The only food available at the hotel was in the Pub and the selection was very limited.pub downstairs - food and staff were good - but was not clean. rooms could be bigger. TV limited. HBO would be welcome addition.Room was on the small side, I went to bed with the heat on and woke up with very cold air blowing, making the room extremely cold. The amount of money for the size of the room is rediculous. Downtown or not, still way too much. Parking was impossible to find. the view is horrible. room is very small. Noise coming from the air-conditioning system; small rooms and stains everywhere. Bed was not made properly no blanket, asked for at desk, they came up and just threw it on the bed. Bedding was very itchy too!!. My wait on arrival. System was down. Waited close to 1 hour. When we did get a room, you gave us a room that someone had checked into. Imagine their feeling when we walked into their room. List to long to fill out. small room and no fridge. The room smelt like smoke although its meant to be a non-smoking hotel,the small uncomfortable beds, the view of the wall making it cluster-phobic and impossible to wake up. The bar that closes at 7, the fact that the closet has no door. No mirrors in the hallway. The front desk is very negligent and messy. And no Wi-Fi we payed $150 plus tax but it wasn't worth a penny.
