Please note, the property will be doing renovations until 30 December 2017. The guest credit card will be pre-authorized 48 hours prior to arrival. A security deposit of up to CAD 500 may be charged upon arrival. Credit card is the only acceptable method of payment. Security deposits are taken as a pre-authorization and may take between 5-7 business days after check-out to release from your credit card. Government issued photo identification must be presented upon check in by the credit card holder. If the credit card used at time of booking does not belong to the travelling guest, a pre-authorization form must be filled out and signed by the credit card holder prior to arrival (contact the hotel directly). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Comfort Inn Toronto North in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 150 is required on arrival.
